Listening: 'Pictures of you' by The last goodnight
Time for an update after a while. I've just spent a week in recovery after my wisdom teeth surgery. Had the bottom two taken out last friday. Swelling is gone. Now I have another concern such as the two painful lumps on my neck. They give me bad headaches.

The one behind the jaw is about an inch in diameter and it hurts. On wednesday night, I started to have nausea and headaches on the right side, and these two lumps just swell up and felt like they were trying to burst themselves out of my neck. The tension of the muscles at my jaw, neck and head was unbearable that nurofen didn't work for me. I get the flame up several times of day now where there's strains for a few minutes before loosening up. The dentist prescribe me more antibiotics and if they don't go down in a week, I'll have to see him again.
Funny thing was that, there were 4 lumps the week before surgery. The last two days before surgery, they started to reduce in size.
Munkle and Renee were with me on that surgery day. What a way to put your patient at ease with the nurse, the anaesthetist and dentist talking to you at the same time. A distraction is what they call it and we were talking about my little toe and then the new SIA Airbus and then I was out. I woke up on a couch in the recovery room and the dentist pop into the room and said hi excitedly. I thought that was weird and closed my eyes. The nurse was extremely nice. She asked if I remembered anything and I just told her that someone was holding my hand. She said it was her. Towards the end of the surgery, I was starting to wake up and I reached for my mouth unconsciously and so she had to hold my hand. Luckily I didn't get what Robin had. That would have been freaky.
The day before, everyone were sharing their surgery stories in front of me where I was nervous as hell. Tyler kept going on that I'll be fine. I know I'll be fine but you can't control the nerves. I've never had surgery before. I had Colonel Light's schnitzers as my last main meal. Fasting was terrible especially with a metabolism like mine. I need food every 3-4 hours. Back to the stories, they all said that you'll be wobbly after you wake up. Surprisingly, I was pretty normal. I was walking by myself and asking Renee if she wanted a drink and all. Oh she loves her instructions I wrote for her. But I thought to sleep it off. First meal was yoghurt and ice cream.
Ice cream is always the best for the week. Been eating abit of it everyday, yoghurt's for breakfast and porridge is always for dinner. Saturday was a hellish day. The stronger painkillers were terrible. I woke up after a nap and I fainted at home. I was reheating some soup in the kitchen. I think I was out for 20 minutes and then I remembered the stove. Managed to turn the stove off and called Renee for help. I was alone at home that day. She gave me soup which I threw up. Sorry Renee. I was fine that saturday morning. Even the newspaper that a headline 'Claire bounces back!' Bleeding had stopped and was washing my pillowcase. The night before I was sleeping and gargling blood in my mouth so naturally there'll be a huge blood stain the next day. Those painkillers are killers alright. For the rest of the week I've been sleeping alot. Felt nice not to go to uni. I've got extensions for my work but I'll try to catch up. Just feel bad for not working.
Started to chew using the back teeth last night. I haven't chewed for 6 days and I've lost a bit of weight. Yeah you should read zeren's reaction on msn. 'You lost weight?! You're already underweight and you lost weight?!' Other than that, there is a new duck in town. Too bad it earned its name 'Ditzy'. It's a real ditz. Hiding behind the bushes, going 'now you see me, now you don't, now you see me, now you don't'. Anyway, photos. Some aren't that nice so brace yourself.
My x ray. That's why my surgery was alittle complicated with those kinda wisdom teeth at the end.
The swollen face. Robin requested for this. *gives the evil eye*
My big teeth. Measuring at 17mm and 18mm
Thanks for the flower Munkle

Listening: 'Pain' by Three Days Grace
This weekend is dedicated to work only though people around me aren't helping. I'm stressed as it is but people just come asking me funny questions that are obvious and telling me stuff that I already know. Just annoys you so much especially when you have enough pressure on your hands. Sometimes I just don't care. Do whatever you want but just let me be.
Some of the uni people know what happen with someone but he was pushing it so I told the truth. Zeren reckon that's a bad move to tell him the truth. It's like a death sentence. Cos I had enough! Tyler can high five me again for this. I really do. I can stay quiet for as long as I can but if you want an answer from me, this is really what you're gonna get.
To add on to more, yesterday there was no hot water in the house. Fug! It's 16 degrees and there's no bloody hot water. Called Origin and they said they will charge $93.50 for the first half hour. You're not much of help. Decided to foresake a shower to go to the supermarket first before handling all this crap. Called up my real estate which they sent over a plumber (only after they requested I emailed them again about the problem). Then the plumber told me that I had to contact the Strata people. I just couldn't be bothered and wanted to get things done. So I called up my real estate again and asked for the Strata people's number. Usually the real estate people are supposed to do this for you but I just don't give a damn. The girl was pretty surprised when I asked for the number to do the calling myself. Of course she didn't say anything but surprised I'm taking matters into my own hands. Called the people up and talked to the manager (was put through to him, not a request by me). He sent someone down around lunchtime to fix everything. Then I can have a shower. Thank God! Apparently people in my block have no hot water in the last few days. Dodgy.
So I hope people won't ask me stupid questions or tell me something that I already know this weekend. Please!! Work first this time. I'm stressed enough as it is and don't ask how am i? You read this entry, you will know. So at this moment, I'm going to do my storyboards. And no, I don't have any pics this time. But I can have abit of media in this entry. "No One" by Alicia Keys. Yeah I know what you're thinking. It's called sugarcoating!

Listening: 'Running away' by Midnight Hour
Just got called a new name. Just yesterday I was asking Munkle what names does his boss call the chinese when they come into Ed Harry. Say she doesn't have one, though she has names for the other asians. But today, two guys walked past me, went all quiet after their loud conversation and just one second after they past me, I heard 'Import'. Such a neutral word but it can mean either good or bad. I'm just waiting to see what other names the aussies call the asians. It's interesting, really.
Loving the Equus Project of Tim Flachs. Gorgeous.
No pics but here's Adam Hills at the 2007 Logies.
