You see people who are addicted to drugs or alcohol? I can see how they can get addicted.

I'm still having a bit of a cough and last night I was disappointed that i finished the last of the cough mixture. I look forward to taking it every night before I hit the sack. It knocks me out and lets me have a good night's sleep. And now...no more. I have to admit that I was addicted to it. Now I have to find some alternative to relieve the cough. Though I crave for the medication, I'll stick to pi pao gao just in case. I don't want to be an addict.

I'm really sorry for my disappearing act. When I meet up with you guys, I'll explain it to you. I feel really bad especially to siti, sharifah, ke ying, shih han, lina and the rest. We shall plan for a gathering...maybe then you can bully me or something. Be gentle though *grins*

However i did managed to spend some time with him. He'll be going for his field camp soon. Congrats on passing the test and interview though! Wherever you choose to go or do, go for it!

I managed to catch the second part of Rockstar: INXS. Missed the first part cos I was out. Apparently, Marty must have been so good that he did an encore. I'll go check out his performance later. Pretty shocked that two girls had to go instead of one person. :(

Siti, we'll definitely do alot of catching up in person cos i'm planning something big for you. Yeah...you know for what. I may not be around for your 21st. I'll round up some people to do something bad. Be prepared. *evil laugh*

Listening to The Click Five 'Just the girl'. Man, it sounds so poppy. Eeks! But the video is cool cos the band members are wearing suits and 'rocking'? I just think that musicians who wear cool suits and play the guitar is really yummy. Nah...they just look really cool. Top of my list has to be Billy from Good Charlotte. Nice do, awesome suit, electric guitar = *thumbs up* :D

These past few days have been pure torture for me. Got caught in the rain on monday and went to compass point for lunch where the air con was freezing cold. In the middle of the night, I came down with a fever and was wrapped up in my blanket shivering. Took some medication. Went to work. Felt like collasping but I tried not to. Cough became a sore throat after telling kids not to run around. More shivering. Thank God wednesday was day off. Managed to sleep alot. Fever is almost gone and I'm left with a 'sexy' voice. :(

As for my driving, I can only start my lessons in september. I've already booked my first 5 lessons. Have to check my timetable for the rest. I need that driving license for australia. More like they need it from me.

My aunt has been pushing hard to get my sister and i to fly to finland to visit her. In January...winter season! It's really expensive to fly there and we want her to come to singapore instead. Don't think I'll be mentally prepared for winter season over there. My parents would just have to pick me up in a fed ex delivery, together with a hammer and chisel. I think she wants us to meet her new friend. Tess, her coogie. 4 months, 6.1kg. Hmmm...my hamsters. 23 months, 220grams (together).

My second week of work and i have to be firm with 2 boys. I haven't really dealt with kids before (baby Janine doesn't count). I surprised myself by throwing sense into boys' heads with a stern voice. An 8 year old threw my hand aside when i held onto his shoulder to stop him from running around. Trust me, I wished i tied him up and throw him outta of class but i gotta be nice. The other is a cocky 11 year old. Somehow he fits into the categories of 'cocky bastards'. While everyone is on the floor listening, he climbs up on a chair and starts working on his website building. Told him to wait for the rest before he could start. I switched off the monitor and walked away. Only to realised i had to stand beside him to stop him from switching it back on. I'll say a kiasu in the making. They may hate me but it's my job. Yup, now i'm a bad guy. Luckily there are other kids which brighten up my day. Cheeky fellows too. *shake head*

There was a crying boy though. I walked past and i asked whether he has saved his work and started crying. In my head, i was panicking or whether i said something wrong. *looks around* Knelt down beside him and asked him what's wrong. Turns out his friend doesn't want to help him with powerpoint. I spend 5 minute being the pacifier. Fortunately he stopped crying. My colleague, Chris was asking why i didn't give him a kiss. I replied why didn't he give him a hug.

I'm still searching for a second job with flexible hours. Been asking my friends and reading the classifieds in great details. I'll have to email some people later.

I have a new addiction!! It's called Rockstar: INXS! Yeah! One hour of rock performances. Been tapping me foot, playing air guitar and drums, head banging. Yes I'm guilty of it in the comforts of my own home. It's really shiok! If anyone's interested, check out rockstar.msn.com. There are videos and man, i'm hooked!

I'm so happy i got a day off on monday. I will be having my basic theory test in the morning. Yeah, kinda late cos most of my friends are either learning at the moment, or they're already driving. Still kowtow to jingyue. She's driving a van! And I plan to drive a vintage convertible or a hummer. Yeah yeah, wait until i pass, then we'll talk about that. :P

Went for the shortest swimming session ever yesterday. Only an hour and i saw that perv again. Eeks! After that i went to color my hair with ailian. Something did go wrong for a moment. I was blond for a while. Apparently my hair processed too fast and it became way too bright. Man, I nearly panicked. Luckily, trusty Chris(my hairdresser) came to the rescue. Applied some treatment and it's in the right shade now. Phew! Don't wanna try that blond stunt again. Haha!

Looking forward to checking out the converse shoe sale in taka. Yeah i'm broke but i just wanna check them out. Been eyeing on the old american sneaker look for a while. Definitely need to get a men's cut. Ladies cut is so small. Eeks! No offence but i got big feet. Then it'll be back to tuesday teaching. :(

I'm planning to look for another freelance or part-time job. Thought of holding two jobs at the same time cos i don't earn that much in teaching. Can anyone recommend me a freelance job or something please? I'll be very grateful.

First day of work. Or rather school. It's different from what i expected. I'd say it's a somewhat enlightening experience. Been asked to wear like a teacher on the first day to check out how the other teachers dress. Their dressing is so much relax compared to my old school. Spaghetti tops and pants. Woah! I'll try jeans and presentable top the next time. Just testing.

Assisted in teaching 3 classes of primary 2s. Some are dears and some are headaches. But it was the other trainer who handled the class. He looks like clay aiken except chinese. I have to watch how it works in the classroom. A few kids did caught my eye cos they were trying to catch my eye too! They've got really cute smiles...maybe until they start turning naughty. Haha. They're very interested in the laptop in how presentation slides work. This indian girl keeps smiling at me and wherever she sees me, she just calls me. Cute girl.

I think in the starting was kinda bad. They called me mrs instead of miss. They're so used to calling their teachers mrs. I had alot of ??? on top of my head. Thank God their teacher corrected them. Phew!

Now the old client is trying to get me to do more projects for him. He's so desperate. Too bad i gotta say no. Ha!

Unlucky me. Had to fall sick at the wrong time. The company recently called me up to change my schedule. I'll be teaching Queenstown primary and Beatty Secondary instead. Supposed to start on thursday but I came down with the flu the day before. I thought i would be well enough to teach the following day but i think i would have collasped instead. Bad impression for my first day. *sniff* Gee, my nose is blocked and my throat is dry, no matter how much water i've drank.

I'll be learning to teach Swift 3D for Beatty Sec. Marcus has told me wonderful things about the software and i'm pretty eager to learn. Heard that the software is pretty hard to get. Wish i can get my hands on it though. *evil laugh*

I managed to get my jacket and skirt for graduation. I love my skirt though. Went to this new shop in Junction 8. Good stuff, helpful salesgirls. For my jacket, I can only laugh about it. *evil laugh again*

Been reading the news about how people are dying of heart failure. In Singapore, someone dies from heart failure every 5,6 days. It's freaky and heart disease is the number one killer among women. Yikes! All about balance i guess.

Lately i really like this video 'Bad day' by Daniel Powter. I don't know why...i just like it. *grins*
